These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrueForm Health & Fitness website at trueformhf.com, the TrueForm mobile application, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by TrueForm Health & Fitness ("TrueForm," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

The information provided through TrueForm's website, app, and communications — including nutrition guidance, workout programs, intermittent fasting protocols, and supplement information — is for general informational and educational purposes only.

TrueForm does not provide medical advice. Nothing on our platform should be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified physician, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional before beginning any new diet, exercise program, or supplement regimen, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, are pregnant, or are taking prescription medications.

Use of our Services is at your own risk. TrueForm is not liable for any injury, illness, or adverse health outcome resulting from the use of our content or products.

4. Supplements (Future Products)

TrueForm intends to offer dietary supplement products in the future. When those products become available, additional terms specific to product purchases, returns, and shipping will apply. Supplement statements will not have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Products will not be intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to TrueForm in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TrueForm regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
